Recipe for Steamed Fish Sinigang Flavor


                         My Steamed fish Sinigang flavor is courtesy of watching Sarap Diva on channel 7 hosted by miss Asia’s songbird Regine Velasquez. During her show, Wilma Doesnt the model and actress who has now have a culinary school, demonstrated how to cook “Dried Sinigang na Isda” I am not sure with the name of her recipe. 

        I enjoyed the recipe and followed it afterwards inside my kitchen. Good thing it turned out well and my husband is happy with the taste. I slightly change Wilma’s recipe to make it more personalize.

       This dish requires you to have a steamer. Most rice cookers have steamer pan, you can use this for this recipe.  Well, try this too so you can enjoy a fishealthy meal! This recipe is so easy, promise. Wilma says, that this dish is good for swimming excursion in beaches. But for me this dish works in any part of meal or gathering.  

Steamed Fish Sinigang Flavor

Ingredients
Salt
Pepper
Yellow Fin Fish
Kangkong
Sinigang Flavor Mix

Fried Sinigang Fish with Kangkong

Procedure
1.       Wash the fish and put salt.
2.       Add generous amount of pepper and Sinigang mix all over the fish.
3.       Cover the fish with kangkong.
4.       Place it inside the steamer.
5.       Serve the dish after 20-30 minutes.
