Recipe for Potatoes, Chicken and Cheese


                       I love potatoes especially when it is fried. Sometimes we substituted potatoes for rice when we want an American style of cuisine in our meal. Furthermore, when I was invited for a cooking recipe contest, the first main ingredient that popped in to my mind was potato. However, I did not join this recipe to the contest because I value this one. Here is my recipe for potato with chicken and cheese:

PATATA ESPESYAL

RECIPE FOR PATATA ESPESYAL
Ingredients
10 Potatoes
Salt to taste
¼ Butter
¼ Chicken
¼ cheese
1 tsp. pepper
2 Onions (make a ring shape)

Procedure for Frying
1.       Boil potatoes together with chicken, and then put the salt.
2.       When potato is ready, mashed it. Then get the meat of the chicken (separate the bones) and shred the meat.
3.       In a skillet put the butter then add the mashed potato, shredded chicken, pepper, ring onions and cheese.
4.       Mix all the ingredients.

Procedure for Baking

1.       Boil potatoes together with chicken, and then put the salt.
2.       When potato is ready, mashed it. Then get the meat of the chicken (separate the bones) and shred the meat.
3.       Get the oven pan and put the butter all over it. Then add the mashed potato, shredded chicken, pepper, ring onions and cheese. Mix all the ingredients and put it in over, medium heat.
4.       Serve the dish when onions are slightly brownish.
