Making a healthy meal is good for everyone. Your kids will
love this for baon and adult will love this for snack or diet meal. I prepare a
recipe for this by using some veggies that are rich in vitamins, cheese and egg
that are rich in protein and tasty bread that is carbohydrates. Well, who can’t
say this is not healthy?
This snack is all in one package of a healthy meal, happy

Recipe for Delicious Tasty Sandwich
TOASTED TASTY WITH VEGGIE FILLINGS |
Ingredients
8 Tasty Bread
1 bunch of Lettuce or Pechay Baguio if you don’t have
Lettuce
4 slices of Cheese
1 Onion
4 Tomatoes
2 Eggs
Procedure:
1. Boil
the eggs.
2. Cut
the pechay baguio or lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese into small slices. Then spread
or put it into the tasty sandwiches.

3. Add
the eggs in the sandwich, and put in the oven in light heat.
4. When
sandwich is toasted then it is ready.
5. Serve
the sandwich for 4 persons.

Note: There is no need to use oven if you don’t like
toasted bread. You can also add mayonnaise or dairy cream butter to add more
taste depending on your diet. Serving the sandwich with a natural juice, tea or
coffee will add palatability!
