Recipe for Special Sautéed Tuna

My husband and I always see to it that our cupboard is full of canned goods so if ever that we are busy and do not have time to go to market, we still have something to eat. Canned goods are processed foods and eating too much of these is not healthy. We knew this, however, these process foods have advantage.
The recipe that I will share with you has something to do with canned goods because the tuna that I will use will be from canned tuna. Here is the step by step procedure for cooking special sautéed tuna.

Special Sautéed Tuna

Ingredients:
4 big tomatoes
2 canned tuna
1 whole garlic
2 whole onions
2 red chili
2 tablespoon fish sauce

Procedure:

1.       Separate the oil of canned tuna in a small container. This will be used to sauté the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
2.      Slice onions, red chili and tomatoes and mince the garlic.
3.       Sautee garlic, onions and tomatoes by using the oil from canned tuna.
