Healthy foods must be the goal of the cook or chef in the kitchen, whether the cook is a mom, entrepreneur, father or anyone. A very good cook knows how to describe a very good and healthy recipe.
Preparing healthy foods is easy; it is only a matter of choosing the right ingredients. Everybody knows that healthy foods come from vegetables and fruits, so why not incorporate these stuffs to each recipe? I made a very simple recipe that caters a healthy eating lifestyle. I made this recipe so everybody can realize that they can maximize their cooking ability by making their prepared foods a healthy one, even in simple ingredients. Here is my example!
Recipe for:
Ingredients
Eggs
Mustard
Salt
KintsayLeaves
Pepper
Olive Oil (Optional)
chopped onion
minced garlic
sliced tomatoes
Procedure:
1. Chopped mustard and kinchay leaves into very small pieces.
2. Sautee onions, garlic, and tomatoes then add the mustard and kinchay. You can use olive oil as a better substitute for cooking oil, but this is optional.
3. Placed the sautéed ingredients in a container.
4. Cook the scrambled eggs.
5. Pour the sautéed ingredients into the scrambled eggs.
6. Add a reasonable amount of salt and pepper.
This meal is good for breakfast with rice or bread and snack during afternoon when partnered with sandwich or bread. Have a happy healthy breakfast.
