Top Pinoy Appetizers and Condiments


                Filipinos dishes are delicious and some of them are very easy to prepare. Top Pinoy dishes like adobo, nilaga, tinola and sinigang are easy to cook yet can be awesome in taste if cooked properly. Pinoy knows how to make their meal healthy and smart and they do these by having some condiments and appetizers, even they do have the top dishes in their dining table.
              Pinoy appetizers are cheap yet delicious; most of these are always present in every Pinoy meal, food chain and even in high class restaurant.

Some of the the Top Pinoy Condiments and Appetizers are:

Dip/Sauce
Hot Sauce/Ketchup/Gravy – this is present whenever the viand is fried chicken and pork chop
Vinegar with Chili – perfect to pair with fried fish, tinapa or smoke fish and chicharon
Fish Sauce or Patis with calamansi and  chili – this is pair for dishes that have less in salt or taste
Soy Sauce with calamansi and chili – this is pair with grilled chicken, pork, fish and beef.
Anchovy or Bagoong na Isda – many people pair this with other vegetables such as okra and talong.

Ensaladang Mangga, Kamatis, Bagoon, Sibuyas at Itlog maalat

  9. I love tomatoes with salted egg :). Also cucumber slices swimming in vinegar with salt and pepper. A good side dish to adobo :)

  10. My favorite side dish from the list would be tomatoes and salted eggs... I've only tried Dried Squid once and I kinda didn't like it... T_T
