  2. Adobo is one of my most favorite Pinoy dishes! :D Whether it's pork or chicken, I'll easily get enticed. I agree with your tips, especially on the potatoes since I'm a big potato lover as well. Btw, adobo with gata tastes amazing too! ;)

  3. Adobo is also one of my favorite ulam. Pork or chicken, I don't care which one. Serve it to me and I'll gladly eat it. By the way, I love adding pineapple chunks to my adobo.... ;)

  10. Adobo is a nice dish, one of the first I had upon coming back home in the Philippines. I've found that no two adobo dishes are alike, since the recipe can be so customized as per preferences of either the cook or the ones eating it.

  16. Adobo is one of my favorites. Have you tried cooking it with sweet potatoes? The salty and sour taste of the natural adobo complements with the sweet taste of sweet potato.

  19. Adobo should be the Filipino national dish. Hehehehe. I like your adobo but there's this recipe of Adobo released by Nestle for its 100th anniversary. The Adobo recipe is actually from Mr. Boy Abunda's mother and its my favorite recipe so far because my family loves it. Also its so easy to prepare.
